By accessing or using StoryBoard Express ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.
StoryBoard Express is a browser-based storyboarding tool that processes video and image files locally in your browser. No files are uploaded to any server. The Application is provided free of charge during its beta period.
This Application is in active development (BETA). Features may change, be added, or removed without notice. JK DESIGN makes no guarantee of availability or feature continuity.
All content processed by the Application remains your own. The Application itself, including its code and interface, is the property of JK DESIGN. You may not copy, redistribute, or sell the Application without prior written consent.
The Application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. JK DESIGN shall not be liable for any data loss, corruption, or damages arising from use of the Application. Always maintain backups of your work.
All processing occurs locally in your browser. The Application may use localStorage for autosave functionality, only with your explicit consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.
JK DESIGN reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
